Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be roasted, printed, and shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary by location:
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days after dispatch
Shipping Rates
- Orders $40+: Free shipping
- Orders under $40: $4.50 for first item, $1.25 for each additional item
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delays
League Roast is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipments due to address errors may incur additional charges.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at commish@leagueroast.com within 7 days and we'll work to make it right.
